Our day today was beautiful. We arrived just in time for Sunday Service which was scheduled to start whenever we arrived. There was much joyful singing and praise, reading from the Bible, more singing, a short sermon from Pastor Bameka about faith in Jesus is the key to our salvation and begins our relationship with God, more singing, Baptism of a 3 year old girl and her 5 month old sister, more singing, prayers with joyfully sharing Peace Greetings with each other, more singing, the closing prayers and more singing! We then gifted goats to all of the past year's successful graduates as well as awarding scholarships to the top 2 students-Isabirye Deo and Gulere Derrick. The scholarships cover the cost of Secondary School-$500 annually! We then had amazing entertainment from the School Choir/Dance team. We were then blessed by Clare, Miranda and Bridget joining in one of the dances. All the people cheered for them. It was wonderful and beautiful! The medical clinic was also prepared and a few children and adults were seen. Another joyful day in Uganda!
